Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)

 

The Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) Program is a State approved program by the Department of Health Services.  The program consists of a total of 171 hours.  Students will spend the first 71 hours in a classroom setting learning basic nursing skills.  The following 100 hours will  consist of hands on training with licensed Nurse instructors in a long-term care facility.

Winter Quarter Dates: January 6-April 4, 2009

Days and times: Tuesday and Saturday:  7:00 am-5:30 pm

Teacher: Addauan - Room C-2     located on the HAS campus

Course fee is $675*

*$675 fee includes textbook, physical exam, TB test, fingerprinting, and two uniforms.
